Refund policy

Online, phone or mail-order customers can cancel orders within 14 days of receiving goods and another 14 days to return them for a full refund. You can place your refund with the email arin.duzen@icloud.com.We want you to be happy with your purchase from Barakah Builds. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order in line with UK consumer law.

Returns

After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Items must be returned:

Unused
In their original packaging
In a resellable condition

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
